I learned last night that there is more than one way for a rock band to make a full house into a room that is 1/2 full. Cowboy Mouth played in Kansas City last night. If you'd asked me at the start of the show if the room was full I would have said yes. Midway through the show it was pretty evident that the room was only 1/2 full -- because everyone had pushed together so tightly trying to get closer to the stage that the entire back of the room was empty.
They laid it all out for the 2 hours of their show. They made sure that everyone that was there felt like they had the time of their lives, had a great time, and got their money's worth. This is why their fans keep coming back time after time.
Do people come back to your business repeatedly because they enjoy the passion you put into it?
