On Saturday night, Roo and Wallace made a guest appearance on Animal Planet's "It's Me or the Dog" -- the topic was about playing with your high-energy dog and building a relationship of trust with your dog.
It's a great clip - -only a few minutes long - and more good PR for bully-type dogs that are what we make of them.
I am so happy to see this good PR but not even Roo and Wallace can make me turn on "It's Me or the Dog". A friend and I were in a hotel room and caught part of an episode. It was every bit as annoying as one of those "Nanny" shows where some Brit nanny comes in to straighten out bratty kids with stupid parents. After about ten minutes of "It's me or the Dog", we voted for NONE OF THE ABOVE and found a Law&Order rerun.
The cherry on top of this sundae is that crazy Victoria woman sent a letter to my obedience trainer telling him to support Prop B, of all things. She's annoying and a horrible dog trainer (and critical of Caesar Milan's methods!).
