Tony

Looks like I'll have to be moving to my mother's hometown if I don't find a place for my-self and my dogs. Does anyone know where I can find a cheap place in an okay neighborhood for my pit bulls and I in KC?

You said it all....(builds a pulpit for him to preach him) Amen and Hallelujah!

Being from CA and living in the wine country, this is a HUGE relief for me too Brent!!!

BTW, did you know that OP is soliciting 'feedback' about the city???
You must fillout their online survey! Visit www.surveymonkey.com and give dogs a voice in OP!

And also...to your point about doing homework...did you know Lenexa is in the process of strengthening their DDO and NOT ONCE did BSL (or any breed designation) come up at all? They knew enough to reject it before even considering it!

I encourage everyone in JoCo to shop in Lenexa...I'm so proud to be a resident of a city with such balanced and educated council!!!!

Tony, KCMO isn't that bad and only has MSN for pit bulls. Lenexa and Mission are the best Johnson County places to live HANDS DOWN! (No consideration of BSL.) Merriam has a lot going on too and rejected BSL last year. Olathe's Mayor would love to pass BSL but does not have the support of the council. Blue Springs would be good and Lee's Summit is ok although they're trying to pass a bunch of laws they don't need - including MSN for all dogs, but no BSL.
